P10 Advisory

Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026

Your privacy matters to us. This policy sets out, in plain English, what personal information P10 Advisory collects, why, and the control you have over it.

1. Who we are

P10 Advisory (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides business advisory services to founder-led manufacturing and SME businesses across Australia. This policy explains how we handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). It applies to our website and the P10 Index self-assessment.

2. What information we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us. This includes: your name and business name; your contact details (email and, if you provide it, phone number); information you enter into the P10 Index self-assessment, such as your responses, your indicative score, your business’s approximate revenue band and your intended exit timeframe; and any message you send us through our contact form or by email. If you create a client account, we also store your login email and an encrypted password (we never see your password in readable form).

3. How we use it

We use your information to: provide your P10 Index results and, if you create an account, show you your own results; respond to your enquiry and arrange a conversation or a P10 Audit; understand who is engaging with us so we can improve our service; and, only where you have agreed, send you occasional relevant insights. We do not sell your personal information to anyone, ever.

4. The legal basis and your consent

We collect and use your information with your consent, which you give by submitting a form, completing the assessment, or creating an account. Where we ask to send you insights, that is a separate, optional consent you can withdraw at any time by unsubscribing or emailing us.

5. How your information is stored and protected

Your information is stored securely in our database, hosted by Supabase, and our website is hosted by Netlify. Access to identifiable lead and client information is restricted to authorised P10 Advisory personnel through password-protected accounts, and our system uses row-level security so that a client signed into their account can only ever see their own results. Data is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. While no online system can be guaranteed completely secure, we take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access.

6. Overseas storage

Our hosting providers may store data on servers located in Australia or overseas. Where information is stored or processed outside Australia, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.

7. Cookies and analytics

Our website itself does not require cookies to function. If we add analytics in future to understand how visitors use the site, we will update this policy and, where required, seek your consent.

8. How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services and maintain our business relationship, and as required by law. If you ask us to delete your information, we will do so unless we are required to keep it.

9. Your rights

You may ask us at any time to: see the personal information we hold about you; correct it if it is wrong; delete it; or stop contacting you. To make any of these requests, email us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page, with the date it was last updated shown below.

11. Contact us

If you have a question about your privacy, or want to access, correct or delete your information, contact us at info@P10.com.au or 08 8151 2001. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
